INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

One on one sessions with a coach focusing on specific goals for the individual. Working on areas the athlete wishes to improve on or learn.

TWO ON ONE TRAINING

Train with a buddy with a coach focusing on specific goals for the pair. Working on areas the athletes wishes to improve/learn on.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

An efficient and effective way for both clients and trainers to get results while not being overwhelmed with too many to focus on. This gives more chance to get good repetitions and working on improving their individual skills.

EXPLOSIVE TRAINING

Short and powerful movements to increase strength and power. Help train your muscles to work better for baseball. It is not just about getting stronger, but how to use that strength properly.

FITNESS STRENGTH

Work on getting stronger the proper way for the sport you play. Training the wrong way can hurt your performance in your sport! ITZ will help you and support your needs to get stronger

OUTDOOR BATTING CAGES

Rent our outdoor cages this spring, summer and fall. Softball/Whip/hardball machines will look after those needs of getting the perfect pitch almost every time. Only getting 10 swings at practice? Book the cage to get over 100 swings in 30 minutes!
